We are working with Bridgend County Borough Council to design and build a new Skatepark at Brackla Ridge Playing Area.

We are asking local riders to help shape the designs by completing this short survey on what’s important to you in a skatepark.

THE CONCEPT

Driveway Combination Unit: Multi-directional ledges and rails working in and out of the banks.

Banked Streetstyle Platform: Raised rails/ledges set into with the apex of the bank and hip.

Superwide Transitional Returns: Maintain momentum and flow.

Sunburst Volcano: Striking red/yellow floorprint creating a unique identity, and premium feel.

Extended Coping Sections: For grinds and lip tricks.

Wide Platforms: Enhance accessibility and accommodate multiple users.

Defined Travel Lanes: User friendly, safe and uncluttered layout for regular and goofy riders.
